If you are not fully satisfied with your item purchased from us, you may return the unused item in original plastic sealed packing within 7 days after receiving them. Please note that merchandise should be returned on your freight in original condition, including any accessories, manuals and document. Any used, special offers and custom-fitted items can’t be returned. If there’s a free gift sent with the items when you buy them, you need return it back, too. On the other unlikely circumstances, if there’s any faulty on the items you received, please report to our customer service in 15 days upon receipt. Our custom service team will instruct you to return the merchandise for exchange or refund.
